As a holistic leadership accelerator, we support experts, thought leaders and founders across all disciplines to empower themselves and the world.

At WIA our views on gender are expansive and we are committed to being a hub for intersectional innovation and connection. Our programming is focused on giving one of the most marginalized populations in the world the opportunity design fullfilling lives through one-on-one advising, educational training, and relationship building.
